during 7th Conference of BSR Ministers for Spatial Planning and Development

11:00 - 12:45      Media registration, Morning coffee

Venue: Hotel Artis Centrum (Conference venue).

Press passes shall be collected personally at the registration and information desk (please, see plan of the conference venue). Media will receive full information package about the event along with press passes.
Morning coffee and tea will be available from 11:00 in the lobby (please, see plan of the conference venue).
IMPORTANT: Press pass should be warn at all times and will be required for entry into the meeting areas accessible to the media.

11:30 - 11:40      Video and photo opportunity

Venue: Conference hall “Aida”.

Video and photo opportunity of the Ministerial Conference will be provided for 10 minutes after the coffee break at approx 11:30. 
Official photos and videos taken by Organizers during the Conference will be available for publication on the website http://www.vasab.org/conference/page/18. The distribution of photos will be made exclusively by electronic means. Media representatives are asked to advise their media organization to download images directly from the above web address.
Photo processing is not available at the venue.

11:45-12:15         Media discussion with invited VASAB experts

Media discussion with reporters to the 7th Ministerial Conference, invited VASAB experts Mr Ole Damsgaard, Director of Nordregio and Mr Andris Andrusaitis, Program Manager of BONUS Baltic Organization Network for Funding Science EEIG, moderator of MSP Workshop on the challenges and potentials of Baltic Sea Region.

Venue: Conference hall “Carmen”.

12:30-12:45       Photo of the heads of delegations

Family photo of the heads of delegations will take place at approx 12:30.
Venue: Hotel Artis Centrum (Conference venue), conference hall “Norma”.

12:45 - 13:15      Press conference

Venue: Hotel Artis Centrum, conference hall „Carmen”.

Press conference of the Chairman of the Ministerial Conference, Mr Gediminas Kazlauskas, Minister of the Environment, Lithuania, on the results and conclusions of the conference. Ministers responsible for spatial planning and development of the Baltic Sea Region countries will take part in the press conference, as well. 
Press conference language – English, translation into Lithuanian will be provided.
During press conference media will receive the adopted Vilnius Declaration.

13:15 – 14:30         Lunch at the Hotel restaurant
